RUEBU is not a convention but a “missionary society.” RUEBU churches have always been missionary-minded and obedient to Jesus’ commission to proclaim Christ to the nations. Read our history here.

The objectives of RUEBU are:
1. To coordinate the work of the Russian-Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Union churches, departments and its missions in the U.S.A. and abroad.
2. To promote the establishment and maintenance of churches, departments and church-related ministries; to advance the work of the Kingdom of God through preaching, evangelism and missionary endeavors throughout the world with special emphasis on Slavic peoples.
3. To foster a spirit of unity among RUEBU churches and to afford them opportunities and means to express collectively their views on moral and religious issues; and to cooperate with other groups of similar faith in the promotion and maintenance of these foregoing objectives.
